Shipping policy

Shipping Fees: For each order, shipping fees will be charged from Japan to the designated destination region. The shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region and the weight of the products.

Shipping Methods: The products you have ordered will be shipped primarily via EMS (Express Mail Service). However, depending on the destination region and international circumstances, the shipping method may be subject to change or may not be available.

Delivery Time: Normally, we will ship your order within 1 week from the date of purchase. The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days from the completion of shipment, as indicated in the shipment completion email.

We will provide you with the tracking number for your package in the shipment completion email. Please use it to track the progress of your shipment.

Defective or Missing Items: In the unlikely event of receiving defective or missing items, we will arrange for replacement items. Please contact us via the inquiry form with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Details of the order issue

*For issues during shipping, please first contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the situation.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.

Recipient Absence or Refusal of Delivery: If the delivery of the products is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence or refusal of delivery after being shipped from UEBAESOU, the items will be returned to UEBAESOU, and the order will be canceled. In such cases, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
